The Basic deliverable — format in detail
One finished slideshow video built from up to 50 of your photos, in the order you supply them: pan/zoom motion on each photo, transitions between photos, 1 licensed/library music track, and an opening title card carrying the honoree names and dates exactly as you supplied them. Rendered at 1080p and delivered as an MP4. Captions throughout are a Standard and Premium feature, not part of Basic.
Standard — what captions and a second track add
Everything in Basic for up to 120 photos, plus caption cards throughout the reel — names, dates, and short captions you supply, shown with the photos they belong to — and 2 licensed/library tracks, so a longer reel can change music partway through.
Premium — what rush delivery adds
Everything in Standard for up to 250 photos, with 24-hour rush included in the price: a completed Premium intake is delivered in 24 hours instead of 48. No separate rush fee is charged on this tier.
Memorial orders — same prices, extra care
Memorial and funeral reels are priced exactly like every other occasion — never a grief surcharge. The caption-proofing checklist is mandatory on memorial orders: every name and date is checked character by character against your intake before the reel is rendered.

If a name or date in your intake looks inconsistent (two spellings in one order, for example), MomentReel asks before rendering rather than guessing.

- Send your intake by email to hello@momentreel.co: your photo link, honoree names and dates, the occasion, and your music pick from the licensed library list.
- Assembly: your photos are assembled in the template with pan/zoom motion, transitions, and caption cards (captions throughout on Standard and Premium).
- Caption-proofing checklist: every name and date is checked against your intake — zero tolerance for typos, mandatory on memorial orders.
- Render: the finished reel is rendered as a 1080p MP4.
- Delivery by email with a download link. One revision pass is included after delivery.
Every step is run by MomentReel — there is no step handed back to you beyond sending the intake material listed on this page.
The clock rule (important)
Basic and Standard: 48 hours. Premium: 24 hours, with rush included in the price. Both count from completed intake — that is, from the email where your photo link, names and dates, occasion, and music pick have all arrived at hello@momentreel.co. If your event is close, say so in your intake email.
Turnaround counts from completed intake, not from payment. If intake is incomplete, MomentReel will tell you exactly what is missing and the clock stays paused until it arrives.
What’s NOT included
A copyrighted song file you supply used as the track — music is licensed/library only, and the closest library equivalent will be offered instead. Editing of creator footage — MomentReel is family photos-to-video only. Photo restoration or repair, printing, DVDs or other physical media, and venue playback setup. Captions throughout on the Basic tier, and photo counts above a tier's limit without emailing first.
Refund / cancel terms
Payment is upfront. Full refund before work starts. Once work has started, refunds are case by case: refunds under $50 are automatic on request; $50 or more are reviewed before approval. No refunds for outcomes we never promised (how an audience or guests react to the reel).

What do I need to supply?

Can I use my own song?
Not as a supplied copyrighted file — music is licensed/library only, never a buyer's copyrighted song file by default. Name the song or style you had in mind and MomentReel will offer the closest library equivalent.
How much do memorial reels cost?
Exactly the same prices as every other occasion: Basic $39, Standard $79, Premium $129. There is never a grief surcharge, and the caption-proofing checklist is mandatory on memorial orders.
What file do I receive, and how many revisions?
A 1080p MP4, delivered by email with a download link. One revision pass is included — for example, reordering photos, fixing a caption to match your intake, or swapping the library track.
How do you make sure names and dates are right?
Every name and date passes a caption-proofing checklist against your intake before rendering, with zero tolerance for typos. Please check your intake spellings twice — the reel is proofed against what you send.
